Flight details matter
Include your flight number, arrival or departure date, passengers, luggage and exact destination. A transfer request is not confirmed until providers, payment and support are secured.
Making your way through
The pilot includes 60 minutes for domestic arrivals and 90 minutes for international arrivals. Timing accounts for actual landing, agreed pickup and provider arrival. Extra waiting requires agreement.
When flights change
Notify support if your flight changes. Verified delays are reviewed against provider availability. If the revised arrangement cannot be fulfilled, you can choose a suitable alternative or a refund.
