Booking agreement
The saved quote and policy snapshot define the service and charges. A request, quote or browser checkout success is not proof of confirmation. Eligibility, provider acceptance, availability, support and verified payment must all pass.
Payments and provider earnings
Charges are in GHS. USD estimates do not change the agreed GHS amount. Managed net agreements and independent commission arrangements are distinct. Earnings are not profit or guaranteed income.
Service standards and disputes
Users must provide accurate information and lawful vehicle authorization. Qualification checks do not guarantee incident-free service. Support reviews evidence and provides one independent internal appeal, without replacing applicable legal rights.
