What the service needs
Account details, journey information, provider applications, necessary vehicle evidence and payment references support bookings and approvals. Access is restricted by role and record participation.
Location searches
When Google location suggestions are enabled, typing three or more characters sends your location search to Google Maps to return address suggestions. Selecting a result retrieves its address. You can enter an address manually if suggestions are unavailable. Route estimates also send the journey locations to Google. The service does not request device GPS permission for these features. Google processing and the applicable disclosures require review before this draft notice is published.
Identity evidence
Persona collects identity evidence through its verification interface. Africana stores necessary references and decisions rather than duplicating raw identity documents or biometric evidence by default.
Your documents and conversations
Private documents are available only to authorized reviewers. Booking conversations are limited to participants and permissioned support. Never send identity documents or payment credentials to Bob.
Retention and requests
Deletion, access requests, legally required financial retention and provider retention arrangements must be documented before production activation. Contact support through your account for a recorded request.
