A request is not a booking confirmation. Routine quote response targets count staffed hours, planned daily from 08:00 to 20:00 Ghana time. These targets depend on operational staffing.
Payments and refunds
Do not share card details, Mobile Money PINs or OTPs with staff, drivers or Bob. Use the secure payment checkout. Refund processing and receipt are separate stages.
Urgent incidents
For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. A support form or AI conversation is not an emergency response service. Use your confirmed trip’s on-call arrangement for operational assistance.
